Last updated: 27 September 2026
1. Introduction
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the MAINMAST platform by individuals or legal entities wishing to promote offers, campaigns, operators, products or services made available through the platform.
MAINMAST is a platform dedicated to managing affiliate relationships, marketing campaigns, commercial offers, performance tracking, conversion attribution and remuneration earned by affiliates.
Submitting an application, creating an account or using the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any further policy, operational rules or instructions published on the platform.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- “Platform” means MAINMAST and its private areas, features, dashboards, tracking tools and connected systems.
- “Manager” means Mainmast S.r.l., the entity that manages the MAINMAST platform.
- “Affiliate” means an entity or individual registered on or applying to the platform who wishes to promote available offers and campaigns.
- “Operator” means the brand, advertiser, bookmaker, licensed operator, casino, business partner or third party that owns the promoted offer.
- “Offer” means a campaign, programme, deal or commercial proposal available on the platform.
- “Conversion” means an event tracked and recognised under the rules of the offer, such as registration, deposit, FTD, CPA, revenue share or another specified event.
- “Commission” means any remuneration earned by the Affiliate under the conditions of the offer.
- “Traffic” means users, leads, visits, clicks, registrations or customers directed by the Affiliate to a specific offer.
- “Account” means the personal or business profile created by the Affiliate on the platform.
3. Registration and application
Registration on the platform is subject to verification and approval by the Manager.
Submitting an application does not automatically confer the right to participate in affiliate programmes, receive offers, generate commissions or obtain payments.
The Manager may request additional information about the Affiliate's identity, the nature of their business, traffic sources, promotional channels used and compliance with applicable laws.
The Affiliate undertakes to provide truthful, up-to-date, complete and non-misleading information. In the event of false, incomplete, inconsistent or unverifiable information, the Manager may suspend or reject the application.
4. Account approval
Full access to the platform's features may be subject to manual approval by the Manager.
The Manager may, at its discretion and in compliance with applicable law:
- approve the application;
- request additional information or clarification;
- temporarily restrict the account;
- reject the application;
- suspend or close the account in the event of breaches, risks or anomalies.
Account approval does not guarantee the continuous availability of offers or that commissions will be earned.
5. Affiliate obligations
The Affiliate undertakes to use the platform properly, lawfully, transparently and in compliance with these terms.
In particular, the Affiliate undertakes to:
- promote offers only through declared or authorised channels, or channels otherwise compliant with the campaign rules;
- refrain from deceptive, aggressive or fraudulent practices or practices contrary to applicable law;
- refrain from spam, unauthorised mass messaging or commercial communications without consent;
- refrain from using false, defamatory, unlawful, offensive or unauthorised content;
- refrain from simulating traffic, clicks, registrations, deposits or conversions;
- refrain from offering unauthorised incentives to users;
- refrain from using bots, scripts, proxies, VPNs, artificial traffic, click farms or unauthorised automated systems;
- refrain from altering links, tracking parameters, identification codes or attribution systems;
- refrain from infringing trademarks, logos, promotional materials or third-party rights;
- comply with the specific rules of each offer and each operator.
6. Traffic channels
The Affiliate must accurately declare their traffic sources, including websites, communities, social networks, Telegram channels, email databases, media buying, SEO, influencer marketing or other promotional channels.
The Manager may approve, reject or request changes to one or more traffic sources.
The use of undeclared or unauthorised sources, or sources inconsistent with the campaign rules, may result in account suspension, blocked commissions or cancellation of conversions deemed invalid.
7. Offers and campaigns
Offers on the platform may have different conditions regarding permitted countries, promoted products, remunerated events, commission models, caps, limits, exclusions, creative materials and operational rules.
Before promoting an offer, the Affiliate must read and comply with its specific conditions.
The Manager may modify, suspend, close or remove an offer at any time, including without notice, for commercial, technical or regulatory reasons or at the operator's decision.
8. Tracking and attribution
Conversions are attributed on the basis of available tracking systems, links generated by the platform, data received from operators, postbacks, reports, APIs, files or other integrated technical sources.
The Affiliate acknowledges that tracking may also depend on third-party systems, browsers, cookies, privacy settings, ad blockers, devices, operators and external infrastructure.
The Manager undertakes to manage data reasonably and transparently but does not guarantee that every click, registration or event will necessarily be tracked, validated or remunerated.
Conversions may be subject to verification, approval, adjustment or cancellation.
9. Commissions
Commissions are earned only if the conversion is correctly tracked, attributed, validated and approved under the conditions of the offer and the operator.
Commissions may be based, for example, on:
- CPA;
- CPL;
- FTD;
- Revenue Share;
- Hybrid Deals;
- fixed fees;
- bonuses or performance rewards;
- other agreed models.
The amount displayed on the platform may be subject to verification, reconciliation, adjustment, chargeback, cancellation or final confirmation.
10. Invalid conversions, fraud and chargebacks
The Manager may cancel or adjust conversions and commissions in cases of:
- fraudulent traffic;
- duplicate accounts;
- unauthorised self-registrations;
- false data;
- chargebacks;
- cancelled or disputed deposits;
- suspicious activity;
- unauthorised incentives;
- breach of the offer rules;
- breach of applicable law;
- failure of validation by the operator;
- technical or commercial anomalies.
In the event of fraud, abuse or a serious breach, the Manager may suspend the account, withhold unvalidated commissions, request clarification and take any action necessary to protect itself, operators and end users.
11. Payments
Commissions are paid only when the minimum thresholds have been reached, following validation of conversions and in accordance with internal procedures.
The minimum payment threshold is €200, unless otherwise specified or agreed in writing.
Before the first payment, the Manager may request from the Affiliate:
- tax information;
- billing information;
- payment method;
- IBAN or another payment channel;
- identification documents;
- proof of residence;
- any tax or company documentation.
Failure to provide the requested information may delay or prevent payment.
Any applicable bank charges, currency exchange costs, intermediary fees or tax withholdings may be deducted.
12. Invoicing and tax obligations
The Affiliate is responsible for the proper tax, accounting and administrative handling of the remuneration received.
Where required, the Affiliate must issue a valid invoice, receipt or equivalent document in accordance with the laws applicable in their country of residence or establishment.
The Manager does not provide individual tax advice and is not responsible for compliance with the Affiliate's personal tax obligations.
13. Promotional materials and intellectual property
Logos, brands, creatives, texts, images, landing pages, commercial materials and assets provided through the platform or by operators remain the property of their respective owners.
The Affiliate may use them only within authorised limits and to promote approved offers.
Altering, copying, registering, reselling or improperly using trademarks, domains, creatives or content belonging to MAINMAST, operators or third parties is prohibited.
14. Legislation applicable to the iGaming sector
The Affiliate must comply with applicable laws concerning advertising, commercial communications, responsible gaming, protection of minors, consumer protection, privacy, anti-money laundering and iGaming regulation in the territory in which they operate.
Any promotion targeting minors or vulnerable individuals is prohibited.
The Affiliate must avoid misleading messages, promises of guaranteed winnings, aggressive communications or inaccurate representations of promoted products.
15. Account suspension and closure
The Manager may suspend or close the Affiliate's account in the event of:
- breach of these Terms;
- false or incomplete information;
- suspicious traffic;
- fraudulent activity;
- failure to cooperate with checks;
- breach of applicable laws;
- a request from the operator;
- prolonged inactivity;
- reputational, technical, legal or commercial risk.
Suspension may result in a temporary block on access to the platform and on payments not yet validated.
16. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided subject to technical and operational availability.
The Manager does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors, delays, temporary unavailability, tracking issues or malfunctions attributable to third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, the Manager shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data, reputational damage or consequences arising from improper use of the platform.
17. Changes to the Terms
The Manager may update these Terms for operational, technical, regulatory or commercial reasons.
Changes will be published on the platform or communicated by appropriate means.
Use of the platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Applicable law and jurisdiction
